What You’ll Do
- Edit, rewrite, and polish content in both English and German with minimal supervision
- Fix grammar, spelling, syntax, tone, and clarity issues
- Fact-check names, dates, stats, and claims for accuracy
- Improve structure and flow for readability and audience fit
- Align content with relevant style guides and act as final approval on assigned copy
- Implement client and teammate feedback cleanly and quickly
- Support client growth goals with a solutions-oriented approach
What You Need
- Strong AP style command and sharp attention to detail
- 2–3 years editing bilingual English/German content for brands/companies
- 2–3 years as an editor in a digital publication or agency setting
- Web content expertise (guides, how-tos, tool roundups, comparisons, trend reports, thought leadership)
- Deep knowledge in at least one: health, legal, finance, and/or tech
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong remote communication skills and relationship-building
- Comfort working in Google Workspace
