If you’re good at turning “new customer chaos” into a clean launch, this is a solid SaaS onboarding role. You’ll run point for new TeamUp customers, train them live, manage onboarding milestones, and handle data imports so they can go live smoothly.
About DaySmart (TeamUp)
DaySmart builds business management software (scheduling, workflows, payments) for customers worldwide. TeamUp (goteamup.com) focuses on fitness businesses like CrossFit gyms, yoga studios, martial arts schools, and trainers, helping them manage scheduling, members, and payments.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
- Occasional flexibility to work later if needed
- Remote-first, but they expect strong participation in meetings (video calls, cameras on, engaged)
What You’ll Do
- Own onboarding for assigned new customers as their primary point of contact via meetings, chat, and email
- Lead live trainings and platform walkthroughs tailored to each customer’s workflows and goals
- Teach platform features, best practices, and setup configurations for long-term success
- Track onboarding milestones, communicate proactively, and keep customers on pace toward go-live
- Ensure key configurations are implemented before launch (payment settings, policies, integrations)
- Share product updates and new features
- Identify onboarding blockers and resolve or escalate to support/product as needed
- Advocate for customers internally by sharing feedback, feature ideas, and insights
- Help continuously raise the support bar with your team
Data Imports
- Assist customers with migrations using internal tools and AI (customer lists, schedules, memberships, billing)
- Troubleshoot spreadsheet/data formatting issues to ensure clean transfers
- Partner with technical teams for complex edge cases
Knowledge Sharing
- Improve internal onboarding documentation and customer-facing resources
- Stay current on product changes so training stays accurate
- Review AI support responses and help refine help content
What You Need
- 2+ years in an onboarding role
- 2+ years working with SaaS platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in a friendly way
- Experience with data imports, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), AI-assisted data transforming, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to juggle multiple onboardings and hit go-live dates
- Team-first mindset, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Proactive about suggesting process improvements

Pay
- $50,000 to $55,000 salary (final depends on experience, education, internal equity, etc.)
