What You’ll Do
- Design and build new website pages and landing pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer
- Improve existing pages for clarity, structure, responsiveness, and conversion performance
- Collaborate with the Senior Web Designer to maintain and evolve the design system
- Translate messaging frameworks into conversion-optimized layouts with strong hierarchy and CTA placement
- Design sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, brochures, and other enablement assets
- Create brand-consistent visuals for outbound campaigns, email nurturing, and LinkedIn marketing
- Use analytics insights (heatmaps, session replays, scroll depth, CRO tests) to guide iterations
- Deliver polished, stable, performance-optimized design output across web and marketing channels
What You Need
- 2–5 years of web design plus web implementation experience
- Strong portfolio showing clean UI, spacing, hierarchy, and typography discipline
- Proof of shipped web pages (not only concept work)
- Conversion-minded design and marketing-focused execution experience
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, structured systems)
- Proficiency in Webflow and WordPress (modern builders/block editors)
- Framer experience or ability to learn quickly
- Comfort adjusting HTML/CSS when needed
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to accept feedback and iterate fast
