If you like owning the full campaign lifecycle and actually living in the numbers (not just “vibes”), this contract role sits right in the middle of Stride’s corporate marketing machine. You’ll lead integrated, omni-channel campaigns that drive enrollment growth and engagement across a network of online schools, partnering with teams across comms, email, creative, product, social, and analytics.

Schedule
Full-time, Remote (US Nationwide)
Contract: 6–12 months (potential renewal or conversion based on performance)
Travel: up to 10% (minimal, ex: school board meetings, video shoots, team events)
What You’ll Do
- Lead integrated marketing strategies across owned and organic channels: web, SEO, email, social, and digital content
- Build and manage marketing plans for assigned schools aligned to org goals, value props, and audience needs
- Oversee content and messaging creation and optimization for consistency and conversion
- Deliver performance readouts using dashboards and metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
- Use data, technology, and AI tools to personalize campaigns and scale impact
- Partner cross-functionally (creative, product, digital, school leadership, and external partners) to drive measurable results
- Guide SEO and organic growth strategies to improve visibility, discoverability, and conversion
- Run experimentation and testing, applying insights to improve performance and operational efficiency
- Support new school launches and major initiatives with on-time, on-brand execution
- Mentor/support specialists or coordinators (no formal direct reports; may mentor interns)
What You Need
- 5–7 years of marketing experience (or equivalent education/experience)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle daily priorities independently
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional, remote teams
- High attention to detail and consistent deadline discipline
- Ability to clear a required background check
