What You’ll Do
- Execute phone-based outreach strategies to increase member retention and participation
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with members and serve as a trusted advisor
- Implement tailored engagement plans tied to benefits and wellness initiatives
- Listen for pain points, collect feedback, and surface insights to improve provider network and care delivery
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to align engagement efforts with company goals
- Resolve member concerns quickly, professionally, and with empathy
- Document outreach and member interactions accurately in a CRM or database
What You Need
- Native-level English fluency with exceptional verbal and written communication
- A neutral, professional speaking accent for clear communication with a diverse member base
- Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Patience and professionalism when navigating sensitive or complex conversations
- Problem-solving mindset and calm, “can-do” approach under pressure
- Strong organization skills to manage outreach schedules and accurate documentation
- Comfort working remotely and independently
