What You’ll Do
- Execute paid search programs through all stages: planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
- Optimize performance through ongoing testing and adjustments (keywords, ad copy, landing pages)
- Monitor campaigns closely and make real-time performance improvements
- Deliver accurate, insightful reporting aligned to client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support paid search planning
- Stay focused on search strategy and execution (no Ad Operations responsibilities)
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience independently executing paid search programs end to end
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare category
- Strong knowledge of SEM mechanisms and optimization techniques
- Experience with the US market
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with solid understanding of performance metrics
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel
