What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions across phone, chat, and email with professional, empathetic communication
• Investigate and resolve issues including billing questions, using good judgment to solve independently or escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate customer account updates in internal platforms and CRM tools
• Collaborate with teammates and internal partners to deliver timely resolutions and a smooth customer experience
• Share feedback, support continuous improvement, and help mentor newer teammates when appropriate
What You Need
• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) in Business, Communications, or related field
• 1 to 2 years of customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in a multi-channel environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with a clear sense of when to escalate
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including de-escalation and trust-building
• Organized, detail oriented work style with strong prioritization and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
