What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle inbound calls pre-service, during service, and post-service
⦁ Conduct outbound follow-ups to keep customers informed and supported
⦁ Coordinate with data recovery engineers to communicate findings and updates
⦁ Explain the data recovery process in clear, non-technical language
⦁ Answer pricing questions and help customers understand options and next steps
⦁ Document details accurately and keep customer information organized through the process
⦁ Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while managing multiple active cases
What You Need
⦁ 2–4 years of sales experience
⦁ Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
⦁ Strong customer service instincts and excellent communication (written and verbal)
⦁ High attention to detail and strong organization
⦁ Ability to evaluate customer needs and guide them through decisions
⦁ Comfort working independently and as part of a team
⦁ Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-moving environment
⦁ Genuine interest in technology and staying current as devices evolve
⦁ Willingness to explain why you’re a fit even if you don’t meet every qualification
