In this role, you’ll support a client’s sales pipeline by doing the front-end work that makes revenue possible: outreach, qualification, scheduling, and clean CRM tracking. What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls to prospective clients to start conversations and build rapport
⦁ Communicate the product or service value clearly and persuasively
⦁ Qualify leads by asking the right questions and assessing fit
⦁ Schedule appointments for sales reps based on lead availability and rep calendars
⦁ Enter detailed lead and appointment notes into the CRM with accuracy
⦁ Follow up with leads to keep them engaged and reduce no-shows
⦁ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure they have the context they need for each appointment
⦁ Track daily activity and results, including calls made and appointments booked
⦁ Stay current on product knowledge and industry basics to handle common questions
What You Need
⦁ Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar phone-based role
⦁ Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
⦁ Persuasive, confident approach with solid negotiation instincts
⦁ Comfort using CRMs and strong data entry accuracy
⦁ Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or beating targets
⦁ Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the discipline to work independently
⦁ Strong time management and prioritization skills
⦁ Willingness to learn, adapt, and improve scripts and processes
⦁ Sales experience is a plus
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
