In this position, you’ll support a client managing live event labor where timing matters, details matter, and communication is everything. It’s a part-time role built for someone organized, proactive, and steady under pressure.

- Fully remote with a dedicated home office setup required
- On-call coverage required during scheduled hours
- Timecards must be reviewed and updated within 24 hours after events
What You’ll Do
⦁ Respond quickly to client labor requests and schedule crew members accurately
⦁ Communicate event details clearly to both clients and technicians
⦁ Review and update event timecards within 24 hours after events to ensure payroll accuracy
⦁ Serve as the first point of contact during on-call hours for client and technician questions
⦁ Coordinate and approve crew travel when needed
⦁ Support additional operational tasks as needed to keep events staffed and smooth
What You Need
⦁ Basic understanding of live corporate events and common AV roles (audio, video, lighting, stagehands, camera)
⦁ Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive) and comfort learning new tools (like Lasso)
⦁ Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Ability to think critically, work independently, and learn quickly
⦁ Basic math skills, especially for timecard and payroll-related calculations
⦁ High emotional intelligence, calm professionalism, and a proactive mindset
⦁ Preferred (not required): prior AV/live events experience or familiarity with Lasso event management software
⦁ Reliable tech setup:
- Primary internet 15 Mbps minimum, plus backup internet 10 Mbps minimum (power-outage capable)
- Primary laptop/desktop meeting minimum specs (modern i5/i3 or Ryzen 5 equivalent, 8GB RAM)
- Backup device meeting i3-level performance and usable during power interruptions
- Webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, smartphone, and a quiet dedicated home office
