What You’ll Do
⦁ Support healthcare providers with a mix of administrative and clinical tasks in a virtual setting
⦁ Respond to patient portal messages, including questions about medication use and side effects
⦁ Assist with basic nursing triage and patient inquiries, escalating appropriately when needed
⦁ Coordinate care and communication to ensure patients receive timely, accurate support
⦁ Deliver a high-quality patient experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
⦁ Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable privacy and safety regulations
⦁ Use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms to manage workflow and documentation

What You Need
⦁ 4+ years of professional experience in a clinical or healthcare-adjacent environment
⦁ 2+ years of experience working remotely in a professional setting
⦁ Strong organization, research skills, and admin execution
⦁ Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
⦁ Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams)
⦁ High emotional intelligence, maturity, and strong communication skills in English
⦁ Confidence asking for clarity on priorities, deadlines, and expectations when needed
⦁ Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a remote healthcare team
