What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage and triage incoming partner support tickets as the Tier 1/2 front line
⦁ Resolve Tier 1 issues directly and escalate Tier 2 technical or complex operational cases to the right internal teams
⦁ Process partner admin work including license changes, product entitlements, and configuration updates
⦁ Investigate and resolve product functionality and operational workflow issues, coordinating across teams as needed
⦁ Communicate clearly with partners throughout the issue lifecycle to ensure confidence, continuity, and satisfaction
⦁ Maintain accurate records and documentation so resolutions are repeatable and data stays clean

What You Need
⦁ Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting
⦁ Strong skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization with a high bar for accuracy
⦁ Experience with analytics platforms and dashboard administration (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools)
⦁ Ability to explain complex data and operational issues clearly to non-technical audiences
⦁ Strong attention to detail, good judgment on escalation, and comfort in a fast-moving environment
