What You’ll Do
⦁ Execute phone-based member outreach to build trust and improve retention through consistent, empathetic communication
⦁ Implement tailored engagement plans to increase participation in health benefits and wellness initiatives
⦁ Listen for pain points, gather feedback, and surface insights to improve services, provider network, and care delivery
⦁ Serve as the first point of contact for questions and concerns, resolving issues quickly and professionally
⦁ Document member interactions accurately in a CRM or database and manage outreach schedules with precision
⦁ Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to keep engagement aligned with broader goals

What You Need
⦁ Native-level English fluency (required) with exceptional verbal and written communication
⦁ Neutral, professional accent for clear communication with a diverse member base
⦁ Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive conversations calmly
⦁ Problem-solving mindset, quick thinking, and a consistent can-do attitude
⦁ Strong organization for scheduling outreach and keeping clean records
⦁ No healthcare experience required, training is provided, but you must be coachable and adaptable
