Schedule
• Fully remote, full time
• Requires a private, distraction-free workspace
• Internet minimum: 5 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
• Must be accessible during your assigned work schedule for regular duties
What You’ll Do
• Lead 1:1 and small group video onboarding sessions to set up and configure new customer tools
• Host periodic checkups to ensure adoption and ongoing success with FMG products
• Communicate with customers promptly and accurately, building trust through the onboarding journey
• Set clear expectations throughout setup and remain patient when customers feel stuck or frustrated
• Use onboarding and support tools (Salesforce, FMG Suite Advisor Admin, Google Workspace, Acuity Scheduling) to move customers through the process
• Share feedback with leadership to improve onboarding workflows and customer outcomes
What You Need
• Prior customer service or support experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional tone on calls and email
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort building rapport quickly
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple customers and timelines
• Strategic thinking to understand each customer’s business and tailor onboarding accordingly
• Teaching, training, or facilitation experience is preferred
• Experience with HubSpot and video conferencing tools is a plus
