Schedule
Remote role (US)
Schedules fall between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Eastern Time and are assigned based on business needs
Weekly pay
Training starts at $14 per hour, with an increase after moving into production
On-camera participation is expected during interviews, training, team meetings, and check-ins

What You’ll Do

⦁ Handle inbound and outbound calls to support members, patients, and providers
⦁ Answer questions about benefits, eligibility, and coverage with accuracy and clarity
⦁ Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with healthcare providers
⦁ Process referrals, authorizations, and prescription renewals as requested
⦁ Help with claims questions, billing inquiries, and account updates
⦁ Review plan eligibility and update records in the system
⦁ Document interactions accurately in electronic systems (EMR and/or CRM tools)
⦁ Communicate with providers and internal teams via phone, secure messaging, or email
⦁ Protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA and applicable privacy guidelines
⦁ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent
⦁ 1+ year of high-volume call center customer service experience
⦁ 1+ year of healthcare or health insurance experience (member, patient, or provider services)
⦁ At least one year of tenure per role, showing reliability and stability
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills
⦁ Ability to navigate multiple systems while staying accurate on calls
⦁ A private, designated home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
⦁ Comfort being on camera regularly as part of team culture
⦁ Commitment to a long-term role and career growth with the organization
