If you’re the behind-the-scenes fixer who keeps access, credentials, and rosters from turning into chaos, this role is for you. You’ll support onboarding and offboarding at scale, keep data clean, and make sure agents have what they need to be productive on day one.

About BroadPath

⦁ High-visibility, cross-functional role with Operations, IT, and client partners
⦁ Skill growth in provisioning, reporting, and systems used in healthcare contact center operations

These ops roles matter because when provisioning is sloppy, everything breaks downstream. If you’re the person who keeps systems clean, access tight, and timelines on track, this is your kind of work.

Bring your Excel strength, your urgency, and your ability to keep teams unblocked and moving.
