Work expectations will align with operational needs and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, and client partners
What You’ll Do
⦁ Build, configure, and refine outbound dialer campaigns in Five9 (plus inbound support when needed)
⦁ Plan and execute campaigns: scripts, call lists, call flows, workflows, templates, transfers, and reporting
⦁ Monitor performance, track KPIs, analyze results, and deliver clear performance reports
⦁ Drive higher contact rates by diagnosing issues, spotting trends, and optimizing campaign strategy
⦁ Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and applicable outbound calling and SMS regulations
⦁ Partner with clients to gather dialing requirements and recommend improvements
⦁ Support Operations and outbound agents during active campaign execution
⦁ Create training materials and train staff, Ops partners, and end users on dialer best practices
⦁ Stay current on industry best practices and bring new ideas into the operation
What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of experience designing, configuring, and managing dialer campaigns in Five9
⦁ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance improvements
⦁ Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
⦁ Ability to multitask across systems while staying sharp and accurate
⦁ Experience implementing changes that measurably improve campaign results
⦁ Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Ability to stay focused and productive even when tasks get repetitive
