Schedule
- Remote (work from home call center environment)
- Call center open 7 days/week
- Hours: Mon–Fri 7:00am–10:00pm CST; Sat/Sun 7:00am–9:00pm CST
- 4-week training program to become an expert in Beyond’s programs
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
What You’ll Do
- Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone for enrolled clients
- Respond to client requests, anticipate unstated needs, and educate clients on the program
- Use active listening to analyze issues and deliver timely, accurate solutions
- Handle difficult calls professionally while maintaining a calm, helpful tone
- Document outcomes thoroughly for accurate tracking and reporting
- Resolve requests efficiently, independently and in collaboration with the team
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client questions get handled quickly
- Navigate multiple systems, using a CRM to research and document account changes
- Use resource materials to interpret and resolve client inquiries accurately
- Manage a high volume of calls in a remote call center setting
What You Need
- 1+ year call center experience (required)
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet (required)
- Comfort using CRM systems and working across multiple programs
- Strong customer service mindset and empathy for clients in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Solid problem-solving skills and good judgment on tough calls
- Time management and organization skills to keep pace with call volume
- Ability to work from home without distractions
