What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Build rapport quickly to gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment history
- Explain financial policies, payment options, and potential assistance programs clearly and confidently
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce including consents and insurance info
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet time-to-admission and client satisfaction targets
- Keep communication moving so prospects don’t stall out in the pipeline
- Pitch Charlie Health’s clinical model with confidence and clarity
- Meet and exceed KPIs tied to admission quotas, time-to-admission, admission rates, and satisfaction scores
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of beating performance targets in sales or admissions-style roles
- Salesforce experience
- Comfortable working a shift-based schedule
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- HIPAA familiarity is a plus
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Target base pay: $54,000–$60,000/year
- Performance bonus target brings total cash comp to $66,000–$84,000/year (final offer varies by location, experience, equity, and business needs)
