My straight take (so you don’t waste time):
This is not “customer service.” It’s process + compliance + dealership ops math. Your success will be measured by accuracy, turnaround time, and approvals. If you’re sloppy or you hate spreadsheets and documentation, it’ll be miserable. If you’re naturally precise and like getting things “clean and correct,” this is a solid remote lane.
Action move:
When you hit the application questions, don’t ramble. For “roles performed at a dealership,” answer like a bullet list (warranty admin tasks, RO review, parts/labor documentation, OEM policy compliance, etc.). If you want, paste what you plan to write for that question and I’ll tighten it so it sounds like you’ve been doing this for years without overclaiming.
Happy Hunting,
