If you’re good on the phone, steady under pressure, and don’t mind asking for money in a respectful way, this role is basically “collections with a customer-service face.” You’ll call patients to collect payments on medical bills and set up payment arrangements, all in a fast-paced call center environment.

What You’ll Do
- Provide strong patient service on behalf of the client
- Call patients to collect payment on medical bills
- Explain account information clearly and professionally
- Review patient accounts and document interactions and feedback
- Negotiate reasonable payment arrangements
- Set up payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
- Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality standards
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Work with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and support patient satisfaction
- Handle other tasks as assigned
What You Need
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience (strongly preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1–2 years of college (preferred)
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential info
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems/tools in a remote setup

Compensation
Pay scale: $16.00 to $23.00 per hour
