• Hands-on role within Revenue Operations, supporting a modern GTM tech stack
What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead CRM data hygiene and governance, including de-duplication, enrichment, lifecycle management, and compliance
⦁ Establish data standards, field definitions, and operational guardrails with cross-functional stakeholders
⦁ Build and improve Salesforce workflows, automations, and user experiences to boost productivity and data quality
⦁ Identify and implement high-impact automation and AI opportunities (routing, enrichment, activity capture, pipeline hygiene, forecasting support)
⦁ Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations, documenting sync behavior, handoffs, and error-handling processes
⦁ Create and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility, activity tracking, funnel performance, and KPIs
⦁ Support BI workflows and reporting needs (Power BI or similar) in a SQL-heavy environment
⦁ Drive RevOps system projects end-to-end: planning, prioritization, delivery, and change management
⦁ Partner with Sales Enablement on adoption, training, communications, and ongoing improvements
⦁ Maintain pricing and contract records in Salesforce and tools like LinkSquares and/or DocuSign, plus other RevOps tasks as needed
What You Need
⦁ 3+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations focused on systems, process, and business operations
⦁ 3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience: configuration, customization, flows/automations, reporting, dashboards, and security/access fundamentals
⦁ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (Revenue Cloud and/or Service Cloud is a bonus)
⦁ Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing queries for validation, troubleshooting, and GTM data analysis
⦁ Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization)
⦁ Experience owning or supporting integrations (APIs, middleware concepts, data mapping, sync behavior, error handling)
⦁ Experience with BI tools like Power BI (or equivalent)
⦁ Strong project management skills: scoping, prioritization, documentation, stakeholder alignment, execution
⦁ Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
⦁ Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
⦁ Builder mindset: curiosity, ownership, and a hunger to learn new tech
