Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm EST or Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm
What You’ll Do
- Support patients and partners in the Cadence remote monitoring program across phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound inquiries: troubleshoot issues, reschedule appointments, and provide timely solutions
- Educate patients on Cadence technology products, features, and benefits to improve device usage
- Follow up with patients to confirm resolution, gather feedback, and provide next-step support
- Escalate clinical or complex concerns to the appropriate care delivery teams quickly and accurately
- Support engagement and retention initiatives to keep patients active and successful in the program
- Provide administrative support to clinicians as needed
What You Need
- Multi-channel support experience (voice, email, SMS) in a consumer-facing help desk environment
- Experience in a customer-facing healthcare setting (patient advocacy, health system, insurance)
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven role with performance goals
- Experience supporting Medicare patients
- Strong troubleshooting skills: ask the right questions, problem-solve, and de-escalate effectively
- Prior remote work experience
- Zendesk experience is a plus
- Remote patient monitoring experience is a plus
- Coachable mindset: willing to give and receive feedback with positive intent and keep growing
