Schedule
- Full-time, remote (continental U.S.)
- Time zones: multiple client-facing stakeholders (expect a mix of meetings and real-time escalations)
- Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 + equity
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of live banking clients with regular check-ins and stakeholder relationship management (ops to exec level)
- Handle escalations and troubleshoot urgent platform issues, often live on calls
- Lead contract renewal conversations and identify expansion/upsell opportunities with Sales
- Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes and feature requests
- Train bank teams on platform usage and best practices during and after implementation
- Manage support ticket flow to ensure timely resolution and strong customer outcomes
- Plan and support customer events (summits, user conferences)
- Jump into implementations when needed, supporting configuration and project coordination
- Create and maintain release notes to communicate product updates
- De-escalate tense customer situations while protecting internal teams and timelines
What You Need
- Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder levels
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability to troubleshoot software issues
- Calm, steady communication during urgent escalations and frustrated-customer moments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle priorities and context-switch all day without dropping details
- Proactive mindset: you spot risks early and move before they become problems
- U.S. work authorization and located in the continental U.S.
