Schedule
- Full-time, 100% remote (U.S.-based)
- Monday–Friday
- Availability required during business hours: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM CST
- High phone time: 80%+ of your day on calls
- Pay: hourly + incentive compensation (earn more through performance)
What You’ll Do
- Work an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls to educate patients on the care coordination program
- Persuade eligible patients to enroll by clearly explaining benefits in a warm, concise, patient-friendly way
- Build rapport quickly and tailor your approach based on patient demographics, health concerns, and insurance
- Maintain high activity metrics and meet performance goals in a high-volume call environment
- Take thorough real-time notes during calls and complete accurate data entry
- Navigate multiple software platforms to document outreach and enrollment activity
- Collaborate with the Patient Engagement Specialist team and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture
What You Need
- Strong people skills and a patient-first mindset with real empathy
- Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, metrics-driven phone environment
- Excellent verbal communication: informative, influential, concise, and personable
- Comfort spending most of your day on the phone (80%+ talk time)
- Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask while on calls
- Ability to adapt quickly, hit deadlines, and work within a team dynamic
- Creativity in how you educate patients and connect benefits to their needs
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype) and learning new platforms
- Associate degree or higher
