If you’ve got healthcare or insurance experience and you’re comfortable in a call center rhythm, this role is a clean remote fit. You’ll help members and patients with benefits, scheduling, authorizations, and claims questions while keeping documentation accurate and HIPAA tight.

Schedule
• Fully remote (U.S.)
• Schedules fall between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM Eastern Time (assigned based on business needs)
• Pay: Starting at $14/hour during training (increases after moving to production)
• Pay frequency: Weekly

What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to support inquiries, benefits, scheduling, and service coordination
• Provide accurate information on plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with providers
• Process referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and related requests
• Assist with claims questions, billing inquiries, and account updates while documenting in EMR/CRM systems and escalating complex issues when needed

What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year call center customer service experience
• 1+ year healthcare or health insurance experience (member services, patient services, benefits support, or similar)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
• A designated, private home workspace plus reliable high-speed internet
• Stable work history, reliability, and commitment to a long-term role
• Willingness to be on camera for interviews, training, meetings, and regular check-ins
