Kandu Health (now Kandu Inc. after merging with Neurolutions) is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support and help sell the IpsiHand device, an FDA-cleared brain-computer interface rehab product for chronic stroke survivors. This is a hybrid “support + sales” role: you’ll work active leads, help current users, coordinate clinical logistics, and keep the customer journey moving.
About Kandu
Kandu Inc. was formed after Kandu Health and Neurolutions merged in April 2025 to combine telehealth stroke recovery services with the IpsiHand® device, a durable medical equipment product intended to help chronic stroke survivors regain upper extremity function at home. They’ve also raised a first close of a $30M financing as part of the merger.
Schedule
- Full-time, hourly
- Remote / work-from-home
- Pay range: $20–$30/hour (final offer depends on experience, skills, location, internal parity)
What You’ll Do
- Support customers from “interested” → “device in hand” → “active use,” via proactive outreach + inbound support
- Schedule and coordinate key events: EEG testing, device delivery, training, returns, repairs
- Handle inbound support and sales requests across live chat, phone, text, and email
- Collect insurance info, explain the insurance process, and assist with submissions
- Serve as first point of contact for both prospects and active users
- Track customer progress through the funnel and document updates
- Partner with sales to build better processes in a startup environment (efficiency + productivity)
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Marketing, or related)
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (or equivalent)
- Sales-focused + customer-centric mindset (you care about outcomes and revenue)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, competitive, adaptable, fast learner
- Bonus: rehab/stroke exposure, retention/troubleshooting experience, Salesforce or similar CRM
Benefits
- Medical/Dental/Vision
- 401(k)
- PTO + holidays
- Life insurance, LTD, STD
My blunt take (so you don’t waste time): this job is for somebody who likes talking to people, can keep a lot of moving parts straight (scheduling, insurance docs, device logistics), and isn’t scared of the “sales” word. If you hate being measured on follow-ups and funnel movement, you’ll feel boxed in. If you like helping people and you can sell without being slimy, this could be a strong fit.
If you want, paste your current resume (even rough) and I’ll tailor:
- a punchy resume summary + bullets that match this posting
- 3 tight cover letter paragraphs (optional, but helps here)
- quick answers for the application questions (why Kandu, relevant experience, etc.)
Happy Hunting,
