• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
⦁ Monitor and process agency inbox emails, routing renewal items to the appropriate Account Manager.
⦁ Respond to client inquiries on policy changes, service requests, and documentation needs.
⦁ Process or route Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests.
⦁ Support Account Managers during marketing and quoting, including back-end service coordination.
⦁ Assist clients with filing and updating insurance claims.
⦁ Prepare and process renewal certificates and related documentation.
⦁ Document all client interactions and update files in the agency management system.
⦁ Follow established procedures for correspondence, binders, cancellations, ID cards, and internal workflows.
⦁ Provide phone support, accurately documenting conversations and maintaining client records.
⦁ Serve as backup on client calls when Account Managers are unavailable.
⦁ Participate in team meetings, carrier webinars, and continuing education.
⦁ Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and colleagues.
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED (required).
⦁ Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
⦁ Customer service experience in insurance (preferred).
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort handling difficult conversations professionally.
⦁ Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom).
⦁ Ability to multitask, manage time, and follow through consistently.
⦁ Working knowledge of insurance products, rating, and underwriting, including reading forms and calculating figures like percentages and commissions.
