What You’ll Do

⦁ Process toll and violations data for existing customers, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.

⦁ Research and troubleshoot issues, occasionally partnering with toll agencies and cross-functional internal teams.

⦁ Leverage Salesforce CRM to support internal communication and customer updates.

⦁ Update existing SOPs and collaborate on creating SOPs for new or evolving processes.

⦁ Support new account setup and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

⦁ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with comfort handling data and repeatable workflows.

⦁ A growth mindset and genuine interest in iterative process improvement and innovation.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook preferred).

⦁ Ability to collaborate well, communicate clearly, and align with Fleetworthy’s 1TEAM values.
