Schedule
• Remote, full-time
• Two evening shifts per week: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM CST and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
• One Saturday shift every 5 weeks
• Remote eligibility: must reside in one of these states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI

What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls on past-due accounts to resolve delinquency according to company policy
⦁ Assess delinquent or potentially delinquent accounts and take ownership of resolution steps
⦁ Research account history to determine the best path to resolution
⦁ Process payments over the phone, including credit card transactions
⦁ Offer hardship relief options within company policies and practices
⦁ Use internal resources to drive one-call resolutions when possible
⦁ Clearly explain interest, statements, and other account-related questions to customers
⦁ Support overflow call types as needed (disputes, recovery, first pay, bankruptcy)
⦁ Complete administrative and support tasks as assigned while meeting deadlines and accuracy standards

What You Need
⦁ Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
⦁ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, internet, email)
⦁ Professional phone presence with strong verbal and written communication
⦁ Persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle tense conversations with tact
⦁ Strong typing skills and attention to detail
⦁ Ability to multitask and perform accurately under deadline pressure
