What You’ll Do
⦁ Work an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls to educate patients on the care coordination program
⦁ Persuade eligible patients to enroll by clearly explaining benefits and addressing concerns
⦁ Build rapport quickly and tailor your approach based on demographics, health needs, and insurance details
⦁ Maintain high call volume, spending 80%+ of your work time on the phone
⦁ Document conversations in real time with accurate notes and strong data entry
⦁ Collaborate with the Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) team while consistently meeting metrics and deadlines
What You Need
⦁ Associate degree or higher
⦁ Strong people skills and a patient-focused mindset with natural empathy
⦁ Experience thriving in a high-volume, metrics-driven call environment (sales or similar)
⦁ Excellent communication skills: informational, influential, concise, and personable on the phone
⦁ Strong multitasking and data entry skills with real-time note taking ability
⦁ Comfort using multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, plus communication tools)
⦁ Ability to work well on a team and show leadership when needed
⦁ Reliable home setup for a remote, phone-heavy role
