Schedule
• Fully remote, contact center environment
• Schedule flexibility with alternating coverage between 9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST
• Must attend in person onboarding training for 3 days
• Must be able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
• Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport (based on territory)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Work directly with patients, caregivers, and providers to help patients gain access to therapy
⦁ Coordinate reimbursement support, benefits investigation, and prior authorization related needs
⦁ Educate patients and caregivers on reimbursement pathways and financial assistance options
⦁ Support transitions to home therapy by coordinating with specialty pharmacies, infusion providers, and nursing agencies
⦁ Maintain accurate case history and documentation in the CRM system
⦁ Troubleshoot ongoing reimbursement issues including insurance changes, PAs, and related barriers
⦁ Partner with Field Sales Reps and Market Access teams to support patient access
⦁ Respond to patient and medical office inquiries and resolve access and reimbursement related concerns
⦁ Provide ongoing follow up through regular calls and occasional in person meetings as needed
⦁ Assist with patient access requests and application processes

What You Need
⦁ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
⦁ Social work license or equivalent relevant experience
⦁ 3+ years of reimbursement experience (benefits investigation, prior authorization, medical benefit, Medicaid experience preferred)
⦁ Master’s degree in Social Work preferred
⦁ Strong listening, writing, and analytical skills
⦁ Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
⦁ Ability to work from home with a dedicated, quiet workspace
⦁ Ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time and live near a major airport
⦁ Comfort working in a fast paced hub or contact center supporting specialty therapy patients
