Schedule
• Long-term seasonal (part-time)
• Remote (United States)
• Hourly rate: $12–$15 (based on skills and experience)
• Training: paid, with continuous coaching (video required during training)
• Working hours: assigned after training, 9-hour shifts including 1-hour break, between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM PST based on business needs
What You’ll Do
⦁ Make daily verification and follow-up calls to healthcare providers to collect patient records
⦁ Resolve issues efficiently through phone and electronic communication in a work-from-home environment
⦁ Manage a high outbound call volume (60–80 calls per day) while staying professional and consistent
⦁ Use MS Office tools to track work, streamline tasks, and support productivity
⦁ Follow evolving project instructions and adapt quickly as business needs change
⦁ Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal communication
⦁ Build and maintain solid working relationships with healthcare providers
What You Need
⦁ Eligible to work in the United States
⦁ 2–3 years of call center experience (preferred)
⦁ Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve on the fly
⦁ Comfortable being on video during training
⦁ Reliable attendance and punctuality
⦁ Ability to work consistently in a structured, metrics-driven environment
⦁ High-speed internet and reliable power backup
⦁ Technical setup: high-speed internet with Ethernet, Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capability, Windows OS with Windows Professional suite
