What You’ll Do

⦁ Lead and develop a specialized Concierge team supporting high value customer relationships across Coinbase
⦁ Drive operational improvements that streamline workflows and improve customer experience metrics
⦁ Own performance outcomes by achieving SLAs, productivity targets, and quality metrics for your team
⦁ Partner cross-functionally with Program, Quality, and Training teams to strengthen processes and execution
⦁ Manage customer escalations through resolution, working with subject matter specialists across teams
⦁ Investigate issues to find root causes, then push solutions that prevent repeat problems
⦁ Represent the customer internally, advocating for changes that reduce friction and increase trust
⦁ Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to align on solutions and deliver results
⦁ Proactively identify customer needs and surface opportunities to expand adoption of Coinbase products and services

What You Need

⦁ Required FINRA licenses: Series 7 and 63
⦁ Required FINRA license: Series 24 or Series 9 and 10
⦁ 3+ years of relevant experience in enterprise customer/account management/advisory work in a fast paced environment
⦁ Proven people leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing teams
⦁ Working knowledge of crypto concepts (blockchain infrastructure, staking, custody, ROI/staking rewards, or similar)
⦁ Strong Google Suite skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and the ability to build executive-ready materials
⦁ Excellent communication skills across multiple departments and senior stakeholders
⦁ Adaptability and comfort in a high-growth environment; you can prioritize fast and execute clean
⦁ Industry experience in banking, wealth management, corporate finance, asset management, fintech, or crypto
