- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii-Aleutian time zone)
- Phone and text-based outreach with productivity targets
What You’ll Do
⦁ Call and enroll patients referred by partner physicians, serving as the first point of contact and experience with Cadence
⦁ Clearly explain program details, benefits, patient responsibilities, and expected outcomes
⦁ Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care Team
⦁ Build rapport and trust quickly while following scripts for quality standards and adapting your style to each patient
⦁ Balance high-quality patient conversations with daily productivity goals and enrollment targets
What You Need
⦁ Experience in a healthcare services organization with accountability to performance metrics
⦁ Prior high-volume outbound calling experience in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address concerns and guide decisions
⦁ Comfort using CRM platforms and documenting interactions accurately
⦁ High attention to confidentiality and patient privacy
⦁ Ability to build relationships, overcome objections, and stay patient-first while still being results-driven
