What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
⦁ Provide courteous, professional support and answer patient questions
⦁ Accurately enter patient and appointment details into the scheduling system
⦁ Clearly communicate appointment instructions and next steps
⦁ Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
⦁ Collaborate with medical staff and internal teams to keep scheduling smooth
⦁ Make follow-up calls for confirmations and reminders
⦁ Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and transactions
⦁ Support special projects as assigned

What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
⦁ 1+ year customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
⦁ Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, nurturing approach to older adults
⦁ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
⦁ High integrity, reliability, and professionalism in a remote environment
⦁ Proficient PC skills, basic Google Suite skills, and basic Excel skills
⦁ Ability to navigate multiple systems and handle phone-based work all day
⦁ High-speed internet and ability to hardwire equipment to router/modem
⦁ Distraction-free, private workspace and reliable dependent care during work hours
⦁ Transportation available if on-site employee support is required within 50 miles of an Oak Street location
⦁ US work authorization
⦁ EMR experience and multilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Polish) are a plus
