Schedule
• Full-time, fully remote
• Eastern Time zone
• Monday through Friday availability required
• Must be available between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET

What You’ll Do
⦁ Provide overflow support across multiple busy women’s health practices
⦁ Answer and triage incoming calls and app messages from current patients
⦁ Serve as second line for incoming calls from new patients
⦁ Respond to calls from external offices and start referral requests
⦁ Monitor and respond to voicemail and after-hours messages
⦁ Schedule patient appointments from inbound calls and messages
⦁ Follow up on no-shows and cancellations and help keep schedules tight
⦁ Support schedule reshuffles when providers are out and work through appointment ticklers
⦁ Handle central communications intake and follow-up across multiple channels
⦁ Pitch in on other duties as assigned

What You Need
⦁ Bilingual fluency (role is bilingual; languages not specified in the posting)
⦁ 2+ years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or training
⦁ Excellent communication skills with strong empathy and professionalism
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills for real-world situations
⦁ Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and stay detail-oriented
