This is the “run the whole creative engine” job. You’d lead Kate Farms’ in-house Creative & Content Studio, setting the brand’s visual direction and voice across everything from clinical sales tools to consumer campaigns. It’s equal parts visionary leadership and hands-on building: team, process, agencies, budgets, and output at scale.

Real talk: they’re asking for someone who can operate as “one brand in two orbits” (clinical credibility + cultural relevance). If you’ve only done pure consumer lifestyle OR only strict medical marketing, you’ll need a clean story for how you bridge both without tripping compliance.

Happy Hunting,
