What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers via phone, webform, and chat with clear, accurate, empathetic communication
⦁ Listen actively, show patience, and tailor solutions to the customer’s situation
⦁ Help with eCommerce questions and product information, identifying issues quickly and driving resolution
⦁ Meet or exceed performance expectations (customer satisfaction, quality, resolution time)
⦁ Use customer care platforms to document and capture relevant customer data
⦁ Adapt to workflow changes and shifting priorities during peak volume
⦁ Collaborate with teammates and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience
⦁ Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and minimize mistakes through attention to detail
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
⦁ Verbal fluency in English and Spanish with strong grammar in both languages
⦁ 0–1 year of customer service experience (healthcare/wellness/mission-driven a plus)
⦁ Comfort learning new systems quickly (Salesforce a plus)
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
⦁ Empathy, organization, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently and in a team
⦁ Flexibility for varied shifts and holidays as needed
⦁ Ability to sit for long periods; lift up to 12 lbs
