Schedule
- Full-time, Remote
- West Coast hours required
- Support channels: phone, webform, chat
- Home setup: quiet private workspace + 25+ Mbps wired internet

- Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour (OTE includes base + variable component)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Support customers via phone, webform, and chat with clear, accurate, empathetic communication
⦁ Answer eCommerce questions and provide product information, identifying issues fast and guiding customers to resolution
⦁ Anticipate customer needs and proactively suggest tailored solutions
⦁ Meet performance expectations (CSAT, quality scores, resolution time)
⦁ Use Customer Care platforms to document and capture relevant customer data
⦁ Adapt to shifting workflows and priorities during peak volume
⦁ Contribute ideas to improve team processes and the customer experience
⦁ Participate in team meetings and trainings, collaborating to keep service consistent and high-quality
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
⦁ 0–1 year customer service experience (healthcare/wellness a plus)
⦁ Comfortable learning new tools quickly (Salesforce a plus)
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
⦁ Empathetic, detail-oriented, organized, and able to make sound judgment calls
⦁ Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
⦁ Flexible for varied shifts and holidays as needed
⦁ Able to lift up to 12 lbs and sit at a computer for extended periods
