- Pay range: $24.00–$28.80 per hour (based on experience and skills)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Call and email assigned customers to secure payment on past-due invoices
⦁ Build relationships with customer contacts and internal sales partners to remove payment blockers
⦁ Identify, document, and resolve billing disputes according to company standards
⦁ Maintain detailed account notes and resolution tracking in Oracle Financials
⦁ Research unidentified payments and collaborate with finance teammates as needed
⦁ Perform account maintenance such as refunds, credits, and write-offs when needed
⦁ Provide weekly and monthly portfolio reporting to management
⦁ Support additional tasks as assigned to keep collections and customer service running smoothly
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma
⦁ 3–5 years of B2B Accounts Receivable or collections experience
⦁ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
⦁ Working knowledge of accounting basics and reconciliation
⦁ ERP experience required (Oracle and Siebel preferred)
⦁ Strong follow-through, ability to stay calm in conflict-heavy conversations, and solid multitasking instincts
⦁ Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a process-improvement mindset
