- Coverage hours: Monday–Friday 5:00am–6:00pm PST, Saturday–Sunday 6:00am–6:00pm PST
- Open availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What You’ll Do
⦁ Become a go-to expert on the Dutchie Ecommerce platform and support customers across legal markets
⦁ Assist dispensary and consumer customers via email, phone, and live chat
⦁ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues while juggling multiple cases at once
⦁ Test solutions for emerging issues and share knowledge to strengthen the team’s playbook
⦁ Surface product feedback that helps improve the platform over time
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of customer support experience with strong problem solving instincts
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Comfort using web-based software, CRMs, and Google Workspace
⦁ Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
⦁ Bonus: experience in the legal cannabis space, familiarity with Dutchie, or tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom
