What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish, assess needs, and resolve issues
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting clear, accurate call notes
• Deliver calm, empathetic support while working independently
What You Need
• Strong verbal and written English and Spanish skills
• 1+ year of phone-based customer support experience
• Windows PC with wired internet (no Macs, Chromebooks, or tablets) plus an Android or iPhone
