Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm in Mountain, Pacific, Alaska, or Hawaii-Aleutian time zones
- Outbound calling and texting to enroll patients referred by partner physicians
What You’ll Do
• Explain the program clearly, including benefits, outcomes, patient responsibilities, and the value of enrollment
• Facilitate virtual enrollments and schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team
• Follow approved scripts for quality while adapting your tone to connect authentically and overcome objections
What You Need
• Experience in a healthcare services environment with accountability for performance metrics
• High-volume outbound calling experience and comfort working in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality standards, plus comfort using CRM tools
