Schedule
- Remote (U.S.)
- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
- Stable home Wi-Fi required (speed test required before interviews)
What You’ll Do
• Support patient care under the direction of Cadence Nurse Practitioners and clinical protocols
• Coach patients managing chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease) through behavior change and self-management
• Monitor progress via regular check-ins and remote tools, and educate patients on meds, symptoms, and prevention strategies
What You Need
• Active Medical Assistant certification (AAMA, AAH, AMT, NHA, NAHP, or NCCT)
• 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience plus strong patient assessment and behavioral coaching skills
• Tech confidence, excellent communication, reliable attendance, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote setup
