What You’ll Do

⦁ Report lifecycle performance to senior leaders with clear insights, recommendations, and growth plans
⦁ Own customer journey development: strategy, creative briefs, segmentation, pathing, execution, testing, measurement, and readouts
⦁ Partner cross functionally to deliver high impact lifecycle programs that drive retention and customer lifetime value
⦁ Build marketing plans that balance financial targets with a strong customer experience
⦁ Use test and learn experimentation grounded in statistical rigor and data visualization to optimize funnel performance

What You Need

⦁ 6+ years of B2C email or lifecycle marketing experience (corporate or agency)
⦁ 4+ years developing lifecycle and or CRM engagement programs
⦁ Strong experience presenting strategies and performance to senior leadership
⦁ Deep segmentation and targeting experience using database and real time event data
⦁ Strong analytics skills and BI tools experience (Looker or Tableau)
⦁ Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms, with Braze preferred (Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Responsys also valued)
