What You’ll Do

⦁ Report campaign performance to senior leadership with clear insights and optimization recommendations
⦁ Own lifecycle strategy end to end: segmentation, journey design, creative briefs, execution, testing, measurement, and readouts
⦁ Build and scale lifecycle initiatives that drive conversion, acquisition, engagement, and revenue across Earnest products
⦁ Lead A/B testing and analytics to diagnose funnel drop offs and prioritize next best actions
⦁ Apply a test and learn mindset using statistical rigor, data visualization, and business intelligence tools

What You Need

⦁ 5+ years in B2C email or lifecycle marketing (corporate or agency)
⦁ 3+ years building lifecycle and or CRM engagement programs
⦁ Strong segmentation and targeting experience using database and real time event data
⦁ Advanced analytics skills, including BI tools like Looker or Tableau, plus comfort with statistical testing
⦁ Working knowledge of privacy and regulatory requirements (CAN SPAM, TCPA, CPPA)
