Full-time, remote. Department: Infusion & Revenue Cycle Management.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Oversee benefit verification, benefit exploration, and prior authorization activities across physician and ancillary services
⦁ Lead patient assistance program operations, including eligibility assessments and enrollment into appropriate programs
⦁ Manage day-to-day performance of internal and external teams, ensuring productivity, quality, and accountability
⦁ Improve the patient experience through timely care initiation, responsive customer service, and proactive barrier removal
⦁ Partner with regional teams, practice leaders, vendors, and centralized RCM to drive consistency and optimize workflows
⦁ Support change management by sharing transition updates, performance metrics, and operational insights with stakeholders
⦁ Train and guide teams and new hires to improve execution during transitions and growth

What You Need

⦁ 3+ years of management or team-lead experience in patient onboarding/intake or revenue cycle management
⦁ Preferred: physician office or physician-administered drug experience
⦁ Strongly preferred: infusion revenue cycle management experience (benefit verification and prior auth for specialty infusions/therapies)
⦁ Experience leading benefit verification, prior authorization, patient assistance, or related intake/onboarding functions
⦁ Strong knowledge of revenue cycle best practices, payor coverage policies, and health plan benefit design
⦁ Ability to analyze intake workflows and communicate strategies that improve patient care and experience
⦁ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially during change
⦁ Comfortable working fast in evolving environments
⦁ Bonus: EMR/EHR & RCM systems experience (Centricity, Athena, or similar)
⦁ Bonus: change management, EDI enrollments, contract interpretation, and revenue cycle reporting

This is a “make the machine run” role. Patients feel the difference when this function is tight.
