What You’ll Do
⦁ Run consultative sales conversations to uncover a Pro’s pain points and match them to Housecall Pro and Business Coaching solutions
⦁ Build and maintain a full pipeline through proactive outreach (hunter mentality, not “wait for leads”)
⦁ Deliver product demos and educate prospects on how the solution supports business growth
⦁ Own your sales funnel: forecasting accurately, filling gaps early, and driving deals to close
⦁ Handle objections with confidence and creativity while keeping the value clear
⦁ Use multiple outreach methods to contact prospective customers and keep momentum moving
⦁ Collaborate with teammates in a results-driven environment that values healthy competition and teamwork
What You Need
⦁ 2+ years inside sales experience, including at least 1 year as an AE (software/SaaS experience is a plus)
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication with consultative selling skills
⦁ Motivated, self-starting, and comfortable moving fast in a team environment
⦁ Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
⦁ Growth mindset: open to coaching, change, and continuous improvement
