High-velocity onboarding environment with daily outbound calling expectations.
Compensation includes base plus uncapped commission tied to customer success.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create a customized onboarding plan based on their goals
⦁ Coach and train customers on how to implement Housecall Pro into their business and build confidence fast
⦁ Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with your portfolio
⦁ Listen, diagnose needs, handle objections, and resell the value of the product when needed
⦁ Identify high-risk accounts early and escalate customers to the right resolution paths
⦁ Collaborate with your team to improve outcomes, retention, and the overall onboarding experience
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year full-time experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role (or a Bachelor’s degree)
⦁ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
⦁ Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication
⦁ Professional, reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
⦁ Outbound sales or prospecting experience (6+ months) is a plus
⦁ Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where processes evolve often
